In our THIRD “FREE”episode of “LIVING THE ALOHA LIFE” we’ll be discussing INVENTING YOURSELF in HAWAII with WEST LECLAY.

West Leclay is a Actor, director, dancer, waterman, horse whisperer, lover and fighter…in all seriousness…it’s true!

West LeClay is an actor/model known for his work with Bradley Cooper and Emma Stone in the movie “Aloha.” His on the job training with academy award winning director Cameron Crowe jumpstarted his career in film, commercials, and television. West is most recognized from being the Taco Bell “Kalua Pork” guy with his tagline “FIYAHH!!!” You can see him all over Hawai’i on Pepsi posters and banners. Also, if you find yourself in Papeete, Tahiti you will find West in magazines and stores as the face of the high end male Tahitian fashion line called “Te Aito.” When West isn’t modeling you can catch him on the water paddling outrigger canoes or on stage with performing Tahitian dancing with some of the best dancers in the South Pacific. He’s fluent in English and French. LeClay has numerous projects in various stages of development and is looking forward to continuing his acting training with master teacher Ivana Chubbuck in Los Angeles in January 2019. We wish West all the best in his future projects and much success in his Hollywood career in LA in 2019.

During today’s podcast we spend two hours talking story about life in Hawaii. Everything from the Struggles of Paradise, having a positive attitude in Hawaii, How West journeyed to Hawaii, his love of acting, dancing, modeling, being a waterman, doing commercials, working with horses, giving advice on people wanting to move to Hawaii, and shaking his okole to attract the mano!

We want to thank West for taking time to come into the studio and sit with us for the show…We know he’s a busy guy and we appreciate him taking time out to share his life with all our listeners. We hope to have him back in the studio soon!

Finally catching up on the last 2 episodes but this one was notably hilarious! I was surprised we didn’t get a Boto Island callback when talking about movie ideas?
