Damn, just lost Kaulana Pakele of Mana’o Company on Monday night too! For those unfamiliar with the name, he was the lead singer of the band and Wayde uses their song “Spread A Little Aloha” as the podcast’s opening theme song.

Great podcast as always. This was a touching tribute and the music a nice representation of Willie’s vast body of work. Folks may have an artist they think is the best at this or that, but when you look at the many genres of music Willie mastered, he was one of a kind.

Mahalo for sharing your personal feelings and stories that made the episode more personal for us, your podcast ohana.
